Hi Freedom Gardeners,
New topic here about the weather since we are all at the mercy of mother nature (unless you grow entirely in a greenhouse).
Weather means more to us than the average person, so the question is:
How is the weather in your neck of the woods?
We are in a drought here in SoCal. Extremely fluctuations is the norm this year: 80+ degrees yesterday and rain forecasted tonight.
Stay cool (or warm),
Justin
Phoenix has been experiencing high winds the past week or so. Sheltering the young plants from it has been my main mission of late.
Over the past 48 hours, the wind has finally died down, and the bugs are starting to show up.
We haven't had any rain several weeks, but that's par for the course. It's been sunny, with highs in the upper 70s, and lows in the 50s.
Today it's supposed to get up to 93! Then tomorrow drop down to the 60s and get windy again. Very erratic. ![]()
Some rain is forecast for Saturday - keeping my fingers crossed! ![]()
