I didn't see a post for this recently and would like to know what everyone is putting up this year. So far I
have canned 43 half pints of peaches, 8 pints french vanilla pickles, 15 pints dill pickles, 15 pints of salsa, 8 jars of peach jam, 5 pints banana peppers, 12 half pints of jalapeno peppers (super hot! next year I'm planting Tam Jalapenos!) , and 3 jars of peach jalapeno marinade since it was supposed to be jelly and didn't gel. Hoping to be canning green beans soon!
