  I didn't see a post for this recently and would like to know what everyone is putting up this year.  So far I
  have canned 43  half pints of peaches, 8 pints french vanilla pickles, 15 pints dill pickles, 15 pints of salsa, 8 jars of peach jam, 5 pints banana peppers, 12 half pints of jalapeno peppers (super hot! next year I'm planting Tam Jalapenos!) , and 3 jars of peach jalapeno marinade since it was supposed to be jelly and didn't gel.  Hoping to be canning green beans soon!

  I am in awe and a bit dazed by all of your accomplishments ... and it is only July!
  
  I am a beginning canner and have JUST completed my FIRST batch of pickles. It was only 8 jars of bread and butter using the Ball Home Canning Cookbook but it gave me hope that I can do this!

  Umm, lemme think. Five jars of strawberry-rhubarb pie filling, umpty-some jars of strawberry jam, five jars of orange chile marmalade, five jars of peach barbecue sauce, and I'm thinking about making a few jars of zucchini pickles tonight.

  Leanne-great job! I wish I had rhubarb around here, don't know how it will do here. Still have to finish my strawberry bed, hope to have some next year! I would LOVE the recipe for peach barbecue sauce!

  Wow! It's still early in our season so I've got 5 half-pints of rhubarb spread, 3 pints rhubarb pie filling, frozen 4 quarts of strawberries (tough season for berries this year) and 6 quarts of broccoli. More to come, I hope!
  
  
  Put in 28 tomato plants this year so I'm hoping for enough pasta and pizza sauce for the year. Ran out this last year around March so I figured I needed to ramp up production there.

  How cool! You make me envious- we had a late Spring and I'm not harvesting yet except herbs and some greens. I don't have fruit, anyway. BUT I did make apricot jam with fruit from the Farmers Market. What is a french vanilla pickle?

  Well, I will point out that some of that preserving was from the farmers' market, though many of the strawberries and all of the zucchini were from my place. (: Our peach trees are brand new, so no peaches from them yet. (:

  Someone gave me all the cucumbers, alot of lemon cucumbers so I looked up and found this recipe. It is actually pretty good, don't know how it would do with green cukes, but I really liked it with the lemon ones.

  I love the harvest forum on there, so many recipes!
  I bought the tomatoes from the farmer's market too, so don't feel bad. I got all my stuff in late. Hoping for some stuff soon!

  18 half pints of sweet pickle relish. 10 pints pasta sauce, and 9 more pints of peaches. Tommorrow is peach jam and maybe muscadine jelly for the farmer's market, they talked me into setting up one day there when it's half off for vendors. So, I'm gonna try it. Can't wait til' I have some produce to take!

   My wife and I just put up 20 half pints of Wild Blackberry Jam (Yum!).  We decided that we need to pick more as 20 won't last for the whole year.

  Just made Rhubarb/Red Currant Preserves and Red Currant/Rosehip Jelly, freezing lots of spinach and broccoli, and hope to be canning beans soon!

  The only thing that's out yet here is strawberries, and I've put up a few jars of strawberry jam. In clearing out the freezer for this year's harvest, though, I've made preserves out of the dregs of last year's fruit: rhubarb butter with honey and vanilla, golden raspberry-peach butter, and raspberry-gooseberry-chuckley pear (Saskatoonberry/serviceberry) jam. I'll be making some cranberry marmalade today to clear up some more space.

  Just starting up:
  
  Rhubarb Chutney 4pints
  Ginger rhubarb marmalade 2pints 12oz jelly jars
  Oregon grape jam 4 12oz jellys
  Wild berry jam (Oregon grape, salal, current) 4 12oz jellys
  
  Much more rhubarb to go through and incoming beans, beets, cabbage and zuchinnis are on their way!

  I've since put up five half-pints of peach-plum jam, three half-pints of bread-and-butter zucchini pickles, three quarts of dilled lemon cucumbers, and three quarts of the French vanilla lemon cucumbers. I am REALLY looking forward to trying those out -- just made them today. How long d'you think they should stand? About a month?
  
  I cannot *believe* the amount of cucumbers I'm getting from my lemon cucumbers ... O_O

  Add 8 half-pints of peach-rhubarb jam, 4 of cranberry marmalade, and today I'm making some peach-plum-cherry jam. Looks like I'm going to have a good crop of green beans, so I might get some dilly beans made, too.

  Canned 24 qts and 6pts of Kraut. After 6 weeks of fermentation everything worked out well and we now have some beautiful kraut for the next year. After the kraut was put up I made a loaf of bread and my wife went out to get some fixing for Christmas Candy, so I guess thats next on the list. Yesterday we gave home made candy to 7 neighbors so I guess this next candy is for the family on Christmas. I love this time of year!
