After two days of blood sweat and tears the battle has been won and the Mutant Ninja weeds have once again been wrangled into submission and the yard is safe for family members. Eleven bags of yardwaste now sit by the curb waiting for their final city compost destination.
The cucumbers are totaly done so removal is the best course of action. The onion and lettuce bed that has turned ugly with bind weed needs unbinding. One month of backyard project and everything has been taken over. Once again sweat and toil overcomes the dreaded Sequoia weeds.
Now the side yard has been invaded with the alien weed from outer space. It's taking over the whole yard and the mission is to eradicate the weed and send it back to the weed planet it came from.
I bid you farewell and if I'm not heard of again soon, I've been taken captive by the alien weeds. Quick call Mulder and Sully from the X-files. They know about these things. You'll be my only hope.
